Songs & Stories

Sunday, October 26

Doors open 3:00pm; Concert begins at 4:00pm

Sullivan MS Auditorium

Christopher James Lees, Conductor

From fairy tales and historical stories to recognizable songs and catchy melodies, this FREE and fun family concert will weave together popular favorites for all ages! Musical storytellers from Mozart to John Williams will take us to worlds we can scarcely imagine, with a few bits of Halloween spookiness thrown in, too. Come in costume for extra fun – the orchestra will be too!

Come early and enjoy fun, kid-friendly activities in the lobby

along with a special pre-concert performance by Mink Violin Studio.

This project is funded in part by the South Carolina Arts Commission which receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Based in Rock Hill, Mink Violin Music Studio is a training program for young violinists established in 2012.
